For example, when using the KlydoClock, you may decide to provide:

2. Free-text greetings containing personal information (including sensitive data) about yourself or a third party, or from which such information can be inferred. Examples include birth dates, anniversary dates, marital status, religious or cultural holidays celebrated by you or the third party, the nature of your relationship with the third party, and any other personal data you choose to share.

Inquiries. You can send us your inquiries through any of our contact methods. We may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your inquiry, and the text of your message. When you are in contact with us via the contact form, by email, telephone, chat, or by letter or other means of communication, we collect the data exchanged between you and us, including your contact details and the metadata of the communication.

You do not have a legal obligation to provide any of the above information to us. However, you will not be able to place an order on our Website, or to submit inquiries, or sign up for our newsletter, without providing the requested information. We process the data we collect directly from you or obtain from our service providers for the conclusion, administration, and performance of our contractual relationship with you to deliver you with our product and any supplementary or complementary product and service or feature, like processing your payment information, charging you for the fees, keeping you informed about the status of your order, and delivering the order. 

This information is collected by Stripe and other service providers on our behalf for the purpose of processing payments, providing fraud prevention and security measures.

The legal basis for collecting and processing your data for orders and providing you the product, is your explicit consent and the performance of the contract to process your order and provide customer support.

 

We process the Personal Data you provide us with for the purpose of performing of our contractual relationship with you to deliver you with any supplementary or complementary product, service or feature. For example, when you use the KlydoGreet we will process the Personal Data you provide us with (about yourself or third parties) to send the greeting or gift you created to the gift recipient. 

To provide you with our newsletter or marketing emails , for personalized advertising or contact you about your order.

When you sign up to receive our newsletter or emails, we will process your email address for the purpose of sending you our periodic marketing newsletter. 

We may process data for marketing purposes and relationship management, for example, to send you personalized advertising for products and services from us and third parties (for example from advertising partners).
